While there are differences in opinion there is usually a generally held idea of what is the BiS. Awesome, good to see a fellow lock writing a great guide. This is very useful especially breaking down the gear by spec.I hope/assume you will make one for each phase? When T5 comes out especially, it'll be useful to see what tailoring gear gets replaced.
